Martzall's Faux Painting has expanded it's horizons to Martzall's Custom Surfaces the art of illusion Deb Martzall has made Faux Finishing and Decorative Painting her life's passion. Deb originally set out to train as a Decorator. In the process she realized that color, painting and plasters were her real passion. She set off on a mission to learn the latest techniques and processes to make her dreams come true. Trained by the Decorative Arts Center, St Louis, MO. Deb acquired the skills of faux and decorative painting techniques. Furthering her quest for knowledge Deb trained with the Chicago Institute of Fine Arts where she learned more about a variety of plasters, waxes and other fine finishes. Deb has also studied in Maryland and New Jersey from some of the best including Anthony Pinkerston. Recently She trained in Chicago to become a certified Aurastone installer, adding custom counters and table tops to her skill set. "I am so lucky to be able to do what I love to do. The Smile on a clients face when a project is complete, just makes my day."
